How the sort works
BYOK first, then weekly room
Rows are bucketed by BYOK lock: open-compatible plans first, exclusive-locked plans next, unverified ones last. Inside each bucket, weekly ceilings are sorted by unit family — usd, credits, tokens, req — then by value (largest headroom first), then price. Where no structured 7d ceiling exists the weekly cell is n/a and the row leans on the day / 4h / 5h / month window or the free-text rateLimit.
Cross-unit ceilings are never converted — a 6 usd weekly allowance and 10,000 credits are two different unit families and are not scored against each other.
