Mistral makes Mistral Large 4 the Pro flagship: the model lifecycle table adds it as Public Preview (released 2026-10-06) and names it the successor for both Mistral Medium 3.5 and Mistral Large 3, which it marks deprecated since 2026-10-31 with serving through 2027-04-30. Both deprecated models stay on the roster — the lifecycle table still serves them through 2027-04-30 and no Mistral source shows the plan dropping a model — and Large 4 joins the published API price table at $0.70 input / $0.07 cached / $2.10 output per 1M tokens. Logged better because a new flagship is added and nothing is removed. The Vibe model picker is not reachable without an account (the Vibe Code docs publish only mistral-medium-latest as an example id), so the “+3 more” unlisted remainder is unchanged, and the plan price is unchanged at $14.99.
