Phoenix Grove raises GLM-5.3-Flash’s row on the published relative-draw table (usage-rates doc) from 0.16x to 0.31x: a token of that model now draws about twice the tier allowance it did, so every GLM-5.3-Flash row on the pgsgrove plans yields roughly half the requests per month — on every tier, Taster’s Flash-unit allowance included. The table still has 13 rows: every other published one reads unchanged (deepseek-v4-flash / -0731 0.15x, gemma-4-31b 0.25x, minimax-m3 0.67x, deepseek-v4.1-flash 0.40x, glm-5.2 1.00x, nemotron-3-ultra 1.20x, qwen-3.8-27b 1.38x, kimi-k2.6 1.84x, deepseek-v4-pro / -0813 2.09x, glm-5.3 2.53x, kimi-k3 6.65x), with deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017 the one added row; no plan price, allowance or roster moved as part of this draw-table change (the Pro price cut and the catalog refresh above are separate events).
