What moved

Pro 100 and Pro 500 at their pre-doubling Work and Codex allowance; new Pro 200 subscriptions on the lower allowance after the September 29 email (grandfathered allowances ran to 2026-10-29) → Pro 100 and Pro 500 at twice their previous Work and Codex allowance; all Pro 200 subscriptions on the same, higher allowance (the September reduction is cancelled, $200 unchanged)

OpenAI restored and raised the Pro Work and Codex allowance. Its Pro help article — read in a real browser on 2026-10-30 (HTTP 200, page stamped “Updated: 20 hours ago”; curl still gets the Cloudflare 403) — states “Pro 100 and Pro 500 now include twice their previous Work and Codex allowance. On Pro 200, only the lower allowance doubled”, “The reduction announced in our September 29 email is canceled. If you already had the higher Work and Codex allowance, you keep it. If you had the lower allowance, it has doubled to match”, and that “All Pro 200 subscriptions now include the same Work and Codex allowance” with “Your subscription price stays at $200/month”. Tier ordering is unchanged (“Pro 200 includes more usage than Pro 100. Pro 500 offers the highest included usage of the three plans”) and the weekly GPT-6 Pro message limits did not move on Pro 100 or Pro 500 — on Pro 200 the lower limit now matches the higher one. OpenAI still publishes no allowance figures and no multipliers: the article carries zero 5x / 20x / 50x hits and learn.chatgpt.com/docs/pricing (the 308 target of developers.openai.com/codex/pricing, re-read the same day) lists only “Plans at $100, $200, or $500 USD per month”, so no multiplier is stored. New Pro 200 subscriptions are available again from the pricing page on the raised allowance. Only openai-pro-20x pricingNotes moved in the data — the now-false “non-grandfathered subscriptions get a lower allowance” clause is replaced with the current state — while all three rateLimit strings stand and the three plans take a lastChecked bump.
