Provider privacyNote claimed the data-for-training opt-in applies to the pay-as-you-go Contributor tier, "not the subscription" → Muse Code subscriptions default to Contributor mode — more usage in exchange for letting Meta use your prompts and responses to train future Meta models; Contributor mode can be turned off at any time in settings
Site correction: the provider record claimed the data-for-training Contributor mode "applies to the pay-as-you-go Contributor tier, not the subscription", but the subscription docs state the opposite — "Muse Code subscriptions default to Contributor mode. In Contributor mode, you get more usage from your plan in exchange for letting Meta use your content to train future Meta models" — and that it can be turned off at any time in settings, so prompts and responses may help train future Meta models while the mode stays on. The subscription defaults and prompt handling are the corrected facts; no price, cap, model roster or per-token rate changed.
