QwenCloud Token Plan night discount is now a two-rate policy: the Qwen flagship pair deepens to 60% off Credits between 22:00 and 08:00 (UTC+8) — qwen3.8-max moves from 50% to 60% off and qwen3.8-flash joins the night discount at that rate — while the three DeepSeek rows keep their 50% off. The same split now carries on all four Personal Token Plan records (Lite, Essential, Standard and Pro), which share the night-discount terms. The discount window itself is unchanged.
