What moved

Claude Max 5x and Max 20x showed the tier usage limit without naming Fable’s per-model share → Claude Max 5x and Max 20x now state that Claude Fable 5 and Claude Fable 5.1 draw 50% of the weekly limit

Site disclosure: the claude.com/pricing “Models and usage” matrix marks the Fable row “50% of weekly limits” on both Max 5x and Max 20x (Free “No”, Pro “Usage credits”), and the page’s FAQ says it in words — “Claude Fable models are included on Max plans at 50% of your weekly usage limit. Pro users can access Fable via usage credits.” The two Max records now carry that share on their rate-limit line, in their pricing notes and on the calculator’s rule lines for both Fable models, so the tier limit is no longer shown as if Fable could consume all of it. The budget maths is deliberately unchanged: the stored monthly budget is the plan price used as the comparability proxy for these consumer plans, so scaling it by half would multiply one approximation by another. No price, usage limit, model roster or per-token rate moved.
