The provider states the weekly quota was removed on this date for the QwenCloud Token Plan Personal tiers (Lite, Essential, Standard, Pro): each subscription now carries a 30-day-cycle quota instead of a rolling 7-day window, and existing subscriptions had their remaining quota reset once to the full monthly quota with subscription periods and expiration dates unchanged. Both measured effects: the allowance totals rise roughly 5–7% per 30 days against the old rolling-7-day extrapolation (Lite 2,500 × 30/7 ≈ 10,714 → 11,500) and the reset cadence stretches from every 7 days to the subscription month. Plan prices, promos and model rosters are unchanged.
